Our Founder
Vicky is a qualified Dance Movement Psychotherapist (DMP), an experienced and qualified Dance Teacher for GCSE and A-Level courses and an Executive Coach. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science, a PGCE in Education, an MA in Dance Movement Psychotherapy and an ILM Level 7 Coaching and Mentoring Qualification. She is a member of the Association for Dance Movement Psychotherapy UK (ADMP UK).
We incorporate the creative arts enabling both sides of the brain to be stimulated. Wholeness symbolises the integration of mind, body and spirit and well as reflecting better harmony.
DMP is a relational process in which client/s and therapist engage in an empathic creative process using body movement and dance to assist integration of emotional, cognitive, physical, social and spiritual aspects of self.

All experience is held in the body, brain and mind. Trauma and emotion is embodied, so Dance Therapy reaches the deeper layers of experience within the body that are beyond our consciousness and bringing them to the surface.
Creative tools can be used based on the learning style of the individual (visual, auditory, kinaesthetic) incorporating the creative brain and the logical brain. This unlocks a person’s full potential and performance within the workplace.
