Group Classes

A variety of classes are available in groups for settings such as health, education, social services and in private practice. Dance styles include Contemporary, Ballet, Latin (Salsa, Merengue, Bachata) and Swing as well as techniques like contact improvisation. Props are used to enhance the experience in some classes such as streamers, instruments, materials and a parachute

Who can access group classes?

Group dance classes can be accessed by children and adults of all ages and abilities, and with people who experience a wide range of difficulties. For example, people with dyspraxia who struggle with coordination and movement can improve their gross and fine motor skills through directed dance classes.
